Questions before you install

The ones merchants ask most, answered for the app as it is today.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free covers up to 12 products for as long as you like, with a small "Made with Line Sheet Studio" line at the foot of the sheet. Pro covers every product and drops that line, for $19 a month or $149 a year, after a 7-day trial.
How do I cancel?
Shopify bills the app with your store's bill, so you cancel in Shopify: switch to Free on the app's plan page in your Shopify admin, or uninstall the app. Uninstall during the 7-day trial and you aren't charged.
Do I have to design the sheet?
No. Pick a collection and one of four layouts (lookbook, grid, tear sheet or order form), add your logo, colors and terms, and the app lays out the pages. There is no editor to learn, and no save button: it saves as you go.
What happens when I change a product in Shopify?
The sheet changes with it. The link reads your products each time a buyer opens it, so a new photo, a new color or a new price shows up without sending anything again. Only active products show.
How do wholesale prices work?
Set wholesale as a percent of retail for the whole sheet, then type a price or a minimum for any product that is different. Retail comes from your store.
How do buyers order?
On the sheet. They type quantities by size and color, see the total against your opening minimum, and email the order to you, copy it or save it as a PDF. On Pro, you can send their order into Shopify as a draft order at your wholesale price.
Can buyers get a PDF?
Yes. Any sheet saves as a PDF from the browser, in any layout. You can save one too, for a show or an email.
Can I make a different sheet for each buyer or show?
On Pro, yes. Each sheet has its own collection, layout, terms and link.
How big a catalog can it handle?
A sheet shows up to 500 products. On Free, it shows the first 12.
What does the app read and keep?
It reads your products and collections. It keeps your sheet settings, the prices you type and your logo. It does not read your orders or your customers, and a buyer's order reaches you only when they send it. The privacy policy has the details.
