Make a line sheet from your Shopify products
Your products, photos and prices are already in Shopify, so there's no reason to type them again. Export them, drop the file below, and you get our line sheet spreadsheet filled in: one row per product, with its style number, photo, description, retail price and a wholesale price, and your options in their own columns, named the way you named them in Shopify (Color and Size, or Scent, Metal, Grind or Pack).
It all happens in your browser: the file isn't uploaded anywhere and nothing is stored. From the makers of Line Sheet Studio, an app for Shopify stores; this is free, with nothing to sign up for.
1. Export your products
- In your Shopify admin, go to Products and tap Export.
- Pick All products (or Current page, if you've filtered to a collection) and "CSV for Excel, Numbers, or other spreadsheet programs".
- Shopify emails you the file, named products_export.csv. Download it.
2. Drop it here
50% of retail is keystone, the most common place to start. Change it and the prices follow.
Opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, in the same columns as our line sheet template, with your own options in place of Colors and Sizes, and your product description near the end (where most stores keep dimensions and materials). The photo column holds each product's image link from your store; the template page shows how to put the pictures in the cells and save it as a PDF.
3. Add what Shopify doesn't know
- A minimum, case pack or ship window that differs by style (the boxes above fill in one for every style).
- Any wholesale price that isn't your standard rate.
- On the first page: your brand, the season, your opening order minimum, payment terms and who to send orders to.
Then send it with an order form (our wholesale order form template uses the same style numbers), or give your best sellers a page each with the tear sheet template.

- Since April 2026 every Shopify plan can sell wholesale in the store itself: company accounts, net terms, volume pricing and up to three wholesale catalogs (Plus has no limit). A buyer you've already set up logs in and orders at their prices. It's an ordering portal for buyers you have, not a sheet you can send to one who hasn't seen you yet.
